Hi,
I have really bad tendonitis in my right elbow and trying to avoid surgery. I just started this product less than a week ago. Just curious if you have any more information on how this can help me with lateral epicondylitis? How quickly I can see some relief? If I stop taking this will my problems come back?

Hi Josh – sorry to hear about your hip. Since I have no idea what’s going on with it, it’s tough for me to say whether this product will help. Ligament Restore is meant to help heal damaged/inflamed ligaments and tendons, regardless of where they are in your body. So if you have a ligament or tendon issue in your hip, then yes it would help.

Hey, i hope you still check this board! I’ve got a few questions about the product. My job involves me to be very physical and the need to be fit is of up most importance but I’ve been struggling with my hip since March and physio has helped me to a point but it seems to start well and then i slip back down after weeks/ months of progress. Will this help the physio and aid my recovery even though its my hip and not my ankle? I need results for my job and livelihood so any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank You!
