How it Works:

This is a blood test. We'll send you the test kit and then you take it to a lab near you where a person will draw your blood and send the kit off to the lab.

Once the lab completes the test, we'll send you the results via email!

• A kit with the tubes and test requisition to take to get a local blood draw near your home.
• Laboratory analysis of your sample and report of findings once your sample has been processed.

• Test MUST be purchased by the person doing the test. If you purchase the test for someone else we will not know who the sample is for and this will greatly delay receipt of results!
• Natural Athlete Clinic nor Vibrant America (lab) does not participate in, take assignment, or accept any private insurance. We do not provide super bills and cannot assist with claim resolution for laboratory tests or consultations.
  
• We are unable to ship lab kits to P.O. boxes. Please use a residential or business address.
  
• After you order a test kit, getting the lab draw and/or completing the test is your responsibility.
  
• Once we have received your test results, the results will be emailed to you.
